RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • To provide a better service, we offer a 15-day trial from the date of purchase. 
  • The valid date for Exchange/Return will be on the After-Sales card in the package. 
  • We accept that only the new, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and undamaged with original packaging within the valid period of 15 days is eligible for exchange/return. 

No Returns And Exchanges Are Provided In The Following Cases

  1. Didn't contact Esha after-sales customer service within 15 days after the goods were shipped.
  2. Damaged goods due to personal purposes.
  3. Products that have been Modified or washed.
  4. Dirt due to customer use.
